Meghan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has specialized in working with children and their families for over 10 years.  Meghan supports children and families in addressing a variety of needs including anxiety, ADHD, separation anxiety, social, emotional, behavioral concerns, stress, special needs, loss, and school challenges.  Meghan has a unique specialization in working with young children 3-6 and school-aged children, bringing her experience as a school social worker and her knowledge and experience in early childhood and child development.  

Meghan values play, regulation, the relationship, and helping children feel safe, secure, and competent in our ever changing world. She provides a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and whole-child approach to treatment by creating a safe and supportive space for children to explore, express, and communicate their emotions and experiences. 

Meghan earned her Master of Science in Child Development from Erikson Institute in 2007 and earned her Master of Social Work, Child and Family Specialization, from Loyola University Chicago in 2008.  Meghan's experience includes outpatient trauma-focused treatment for children 3-18 and multidisciplinary pediatric therapy services, she currently works as a school social worker.  

Outside the office, Meghan loves to play softball, cheer for the Cubs, take long walks with her pup Beaker, and read.
