Meet Rachelle

Rachelle has been working with individuals, couples, and children and families for over 20 years. She has worked with clients at all stages of life-from early childhood through adulthood.

Rachelle’s areas of expertise include depression and anxiety disorders, grief and loss issues, and relationships problems. She is particularly interested in helping clients develop problem-solving and emotional regulation skills and achieve healthy relationships.

Before joining HTG, Rachelle worked as a therapist in a variety of settings -- as a senior clinician at a community mental health center, at a psychiatric hospital in-patient unit, and at a residential treatment facility for adolescents. Rachelle also worked as the clinical director at a therapeutic day school, and has provided supervision and consultation to graduate students in the field.

Rachelle received her Master of Social Work degree from Loyola University of Chicago. She is dedicated to continued education- completing three years of post-Masters degree training at The Institute for Clinical Social Work in Chicago.

In her off time, Rachelle enjoys spending time with her family.
