| Julie Giers,
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Julie has been counseling clients for over sixteen years, working
with people across the life spectrum and with the entire range of
life’s problems. She specializes in individual adolescent,
adult, and couples therapy. Julie provides supportive,
solution-focused therapy to individuals experiencing anxiety,
depression, mood instability, or difficulty managing life transitions,
changes, or traumas. Clients experiencing problems unique to
women also benefit from her specific study and treatment of women’s
issues.
Julie holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University
of Illinois at Urbana. Beginning with a Bachelors degree in psychology,
Julie has dedicated her career to helping clients live more productive,
healthy, and joy-filled lives. She is a member of the National Association
of Social Workers.

Amanda Scanlon,
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
Amanda has focused her education and training in child and family
therapy. Amanda has several specialties: young children,
children and adolescents, families, and couples. When helping
young children (ages 9 and under) and their parents, her specialized
knowledge regarding this formative stage of development results
in specific methods and coaching that parents cannot expect to receive
from a generalist. Amanda has extensive experience in working with
children and adolescents facing heightened anxiety, mood instability,
and communication/social issues. She incorporates the entire
family when possible and appropriate. In addition, she has much
experience helping couples work through severe conflict
and get to a place a mutual satisfaction and enjoyment.
Amanda earned her Masters degree from the Counseling Psychology
Program at Loyola University.

Rachelle Ryser, Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Rachelle has over 15 years experience working with individuals, families, and couples. Rachelle has worked with clients at all stages of life, from early childhood through adulthood. Her areas of expertise include: depression and anxiety disorders, grief and loss issues, and relationship problems.
Rachelle received her Master of Social Work degree from Loyola University of Chicago in 1993. She is dedicated to continually refining her skills and completed three years of post-Masters training at The Institute for Clinical Social Work in Chicago.
